Ken is our managing director. He is the longest standing member of our at 12 years and is the very heart of Rotronics as he plays a massive part in keeping the business running. As well all the main tasks there are involved in running a business Ken also takes an active role in visiting our customers, exhibiting at Tradeshows / conferences, and keeping contact with customers.
Jessie is our Sales an Marketing Specialist, and has been with us since August 2018. She is responsible for Sales Support, Marketing activities and day to day running in the office.
Chris has been with the company now for 5 years. He is the Senior Technical Service Engineer in the Service Department and has a wealth of knowledge in this area. The Service department is growing and so is a very important department within Rotronics.
Alex has been with the company since January 2017, and is a Technical Service Engineer in the Service Department. Alex and Chris work together to make sure the repairs are repaired are returned within a timely manor.
Lewis is our Technical Service Trainer, he has been with us Since December 2018. Lewis is out in the field visiting our customers for any training needs they may have for using our equipment. Whilst at the depot’s he will also carry out health checks on equipment they have and the equipment can then be bought back to base for repair if this is necessary.
