All repairs carried out in our service centre are guaranteed for 6 months, and are carried out by our qualified technical engineers to a very high standard. We use the very latest in diagnostic equipment to ensure your products are returned in a fully serviceable state, and are fully cleaned.
Rest assured that your equipment will be in the best hands. All our engineers are put through vigorous training programmes with our manufacturers to ensure that they comply with industry and technical requirements. They have the know-how to repair each of our products, and whilst our products are very robust, faults can occur. Most commonly, we carry our repairs of battery testers or chargers that have been dropped by the user, but sometimes faults will need to be addressed by a member of our expert team. Some of the simpler faults can be easily fixed by the customer, and to help we have collated some Q&A's which can be found here.
To help keep your equipment in good working condition we recommend annual calibration, that of course comes with full certification. To submit your equipment for calibration please fill the form to the right hand side of ths page and send a copy of your form and unit in to us.

Based on the length of contract, your ROBIS subscription will need renewing either annually, bi-annually or every three years. If you have a rolling monthly contract, your subscription will be renew automatically.
