We offer a full battery charger repair service. Rest assured that your equipment will be in the best hands. Repairs are carried out by our qualified technical engineers after vigorous training. These training programmes ensure they have the know-how to repair each of our products. It's also assured their work will comply with industry and technical requirements.
All repairs carried out in our service centre are guaranteed for 6 months. We use the very latest in diagnostic equipment to ensure your products are returned in a fully serviceable state. All products are also fully cleaned.
Whilst our products are very robust, faults can occur. Most commonly, we carry our battery tester or car battery charger repairs after they have been dropped by the user. However, sometimes more serious faults occur, that will need to be addressed by a member of our expert team. Some of the simpler faults can be easily fixed by the customer, and to help we have collated some Q&A's which can be found here.
To help keep your equipment in good working condition we recommend annual calibration. To submit your equipment for calibration with a full certification, please fill the form to the right hand side of this page. Send a copy of your form and unit in to us.

Based on the length of contract, your ROBIS subscription will need renewing either annually, bi-annually or every three years. If you have a rolling monthly contract, your subscription will be renew automatically.
