We offer a full repair service for Midtronics and CTEK Professional and workshop battery chargers and testers. Rest assured that your equipment will be in the best of hands. Repairs are carried out by our qualified technical engineers that have completed a vigorous training courses. These training programmes ensure that they have the know-how to repair each of our products. We can assure you that their work complies with industry and technical standards.

Our repair process has been designed to be transparent, simple and efficient. To book on your repair, please fill out the Repair Form on the right hand side of the page. By filling out this form you will notify the service team and you will receive an automated email with your booking on form that you must ship with your tester/charger and all accessories. If you are shipping a break bleeder, please detach the unit from the trolley and only ship the main unit. Please ensure all bottles, pipes and accessories are also sent to us for inspection. All you need to do then is ship your unit to us! Upon arrival, we will let you know it has arrived and within 24-48 hours one of our engineers will inspect your unit and send you a quote. Once you have approved/paid for the repair our engineers will repair your unit and ship it out to you using our next day delivery service.

If the worst was to happen and something goes wrong with your unit, there is no need to worry. All repairs are covered by Rotronics 6 Month Repair Warranty for all the parts that have been replaced.

Renew Your ROBIS Subscription

Based on the length of contract, your ROBIS subscription will need renewing either annually, bi-annually or every three years. If you have a rolling monthly contract, your subscription will be renew automatically.

To find your subscription renewal date, log in to the ROBIS portal and navigate to the dashboard.
