Designed to perform module-level diagnostics and balancing for EV battery packs, GRX-5100 has been fitted with specific EV algorithms and testing procedures allowing it to pinpoint specific modules that require servicing. This includes module balancing, stock maintenance, rescue charging, emergency discharging and more.

GRX-5100 is supplied with a range of cables, allowing you to safely connect to and maintain the battery pack.

Discharging

Safely discharge energy from the battery pack or battery modules to ensure they are safe for removal and transportation. Perfect for workshop battery replacements or ensuring roadside EV breakdown safety.

De-powering can be performed on packs in or outside of the vehicle

Balancing & Charging

Over time each module’s voltage will reduce at a different rate, causing different modules to have varying voltages. This will result in reduced performance and risk breakdown. GRX-5100 can balance sections of the battery pack to provide optimal pack operation and to increase performance by bringing each module into alignment.

Detailed Stock Information

Receive a detailed analysis of stock battery packs prior to fitment. The battery info mode displays the voltage potential between the battery terminals and vehicle chassis, as well as the voltage across the battery terminals.

Fitted with a multi-function keypad, navigating menus and selecting settings is simple. Complete with easy select options, navigation keypad and 9 button number/text selection.

The crisp LCD display allows easy viewing of results.
