EASYBatt Trade-In: Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
This offer is open to IVECO dealers and service centres that own an IVECO EASYBatt battery tester, in the UK and Ireland only. Orders must be received by 21 December 2026.

2. How it works
● Dealers must submit a PO for £1,350 ex VAT, including delivery, to order the CPX-900.
● Rotronics will ship the new CPX-900 with a barcode scanner and free ROBIS access.
● The dealer’s existing EASYBatt tester must then be sent to Rotronics at Unit 18, Tortworth Business Park, Tortworth, South Gloucestershire, GL12 8HQ for inspection.
● Once verified, the dealer will receive confirmation of the £195 discount and will be invoiced £1,155 ex VAT.

3. Condition requirements
● The EASYBatt must be in good working order, pass Rotronics’ inspection tests and be in good physical condition to qualify for the full £195 discount.
● Units that are faulty, damaged beyond normal wear, or non-functional may qualify for a reduced discount or will not qualify. This is at Rotronics’ discretion.
● Rotronics reserves the right to refuse a trade-in unit that does not meet the minimum working condition and to return it to the dealer at the dealer’s cost.
● Only the EASYBatt tester needs to be returned. The RFID reader, Bluetooth dongle and cables do not need to be sent. Dealers may include their EASYBatt printer if they would like Rotronics to scrap it.

4. Shipping
● Dealers are responsible for shipping the EASYBatt to Rotronics.
● Dealers must send their EASYBatt to Rotronics within 2 weeks of receiving the new CPX-900. If the EASYBatt is not received within this window, the dealer will be charged the full price of £1,350 ex VAT.
● Dealers are responsible for the safe packaging of their unit and for retaining proof of postage. Rotronics is not liable for units lost or damaged in transit to us.

5. Discount terms
● The £195 discount applies only to the purchase of a new CPX-900 under this promotion and cannot be exchanged for cash, applied to other products, or combined with other active promotions.
● The discount is applied once the trade-in unit has passed inspection. If the unit fails inspection, the full price of £1,350 ex VAT will apply and the dealer will be notified.
● If the EASYBatt is not received within 2 weeks of the CPX-900 being delivered, the £195 discount is forfeited and the dealer will be invoiced £1,350 ex VAT.
● The discount is applied per matched unit, up to £195 per CPX-900, limited to whichever is lower: the number of EASYBatts sent in or the number of CPX-900s ordered. For example, sending in two EASYBatts but ordering only one CPX-900 qualifies for £195 off that one unit, not £390. Ordering two CPX-900s but sending in only one EASYBatt also qualifies for £195 off one unit only, with the second CPX-900 charged at full price.
● The barcode scanner is included with every CPX-900 ordered under this promotion.

6. Ownership
● Once received by Rotronics, the EASYBatt and any accessories sent with it become the property of Rotronics and will not be returned, unless the tester fails the inspection criteria in section 3.

7. Timescales
● POs must be received by 21 December 2026.
● The trade-in EASYBatt must be returned within 2 weeks of the dealer receiving the CPX-900, or full price will be charged (see section 5).

8. General
● Rotronics reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
● This offer is subject to stock availability of the CPX-900.
● ROBIS access is provided free of charge, subject to the ROBIS terms of use.
● Rotronics’ standard sales terms and conditions apply in all other respects.
