Where is Mechanex and transport directions
Mechanex is held in the main hall at Sandown Park Racecourse. It is easy to find and easily accessible by any method of transportation.
Car
Parking at the venue is free and is close to the M25.
Train
Esher Railway Station is a 10 minute walk away.
Bus
There are many busses running with bus stops within a 10 minute walk.

11th & 12th November 2025
Mechanex is held over two days. Your free ticket allows you to enter both days of the event.
Ticket availabiility and cost
To allow professionals from across the automotive industry to attend, entry is completely free. Whether you are an apprentice, technician, business owner or in another industry related role, Mechanex encourages you to come along and expore the stands, sit in on seminars and connect with other likeminded professionals.
It is important to note, apprentice students are welcome but only if accompanied with their trade employer and due to the equipment on display, children are not able to visit the show. For more information, please contact the Mechanex team directly.
What are the seminars and how can you attend?
Seminars are hosted by a range of industry professionals covering a diverse range of topics. Seminars are usually hosted by companies which are also exhibiting at the event. This allows you to gain valuable insight and knowledge and then find out more from the relevant stands.
For apprentices and others currently studying, each seminar will provide you with CPD credits to go towards your studies.
The seminar timetable is announced in the months leading up to Mechanex.
