A high performance, powerful battery support unit designed for workshops and service centres that require a reliable and stable power supply. Some vehicles with advanced systems, require a large amount of support, delivering up to 90A at 13.4V, BSU2-90 ensures the vehicle remains fully powered and protected when carrying out software updates, diagnostics and reprogramming tasks.

When performing power hungry tasks without alternator support, batteries can lose voltage quickly, resulting in failed updates, data loss and even damage to the vehicles sensitive electronics. Using BSU2-90 prevents all of these risks by providing constant and consistent battery support. Whilst all vehicles need support for diagnostics, different vehicles require different power outputs. You may find one vehicle only requires 30A where another may need 70A. BSU2-90 allows you to support any vehicle that comes into your workshop with a max 90A power output. On top of that, BSU2-90 supports all 12V battery technologies, including Lead-Acid, AGM, EFB, GEL and Lithium LiFePO4.

Dealing with power supply units, can sometimes be dangerous as you are dealing with a lot of power. BSU2-90 was designed with safety and simplicity in mind. All units come with reverse polarity protection and a display for showing the current output. The fitted carry handle makes workshop transportation effortless.
