Entering VIN’s (Vehicle Identification Numbers) into CPX using the multi function keypad is easy, but entering in a long string of numbers and characters can be frustrating and end up with some accidental errors, leading to incorrect records being filed. The CPX Barcode Scanner adds a precise barcode scanner to the back of your tester, allowing you to just point the tester at the VIN barcode and all of the details will be recorded.
Our team of engineers will fit the barcode scanner so it sit flush on the rear off the tester, you wont even know its there!

We will fit your battery tester with an official Midtronics, high powered, accurate barcode scanner that has been designed specifically for capturing VIN barcodes.
Discreet Fitment
The barcode scanner has been designed by Midtronics to fit within your tester. This means you don’t have to carry around a separate barcode scanner. Just point the tester at the barcode and it will automatically pick it up.
Quick Turnaround
Because the scanner is fitted inside of the tester, you will need one of our Midtronics Service Engineers to fit it for you. Once we have received your tester we aim to fit your scanner within 24 hours.
