Main Features
Rapid, Accurate Battery Diagnosis
See the battery’s true condition and state of health with advanced battery diagnostics. DCA uses a 4 step process to diagnose 12V batteries in under 2 minutes.
This includes a conductance test, Midtronics Reserve Capacity testing, DCA’s Dynamic Charge Acceptance test, and further diagnostics such as load and recovery testing.
Diagnostic Charging
Once DCA has determined the maintenance required for the battery, charging will automatically commence using its built in 70A diagnostic charger. Using DCA’s advanced testing technology it will continuously monitor the battery throughout charging to increase efficiency and ensure charging safety.
Greater Accuracy
DCA is fitted with the latest battery testing technologies to provide you with comprehensive fault detection and diagnostics. This includes Charge Acceptance, defect and degradation, cold battery, deep discharge, stratification and internal battery temperature.
Future Proof
As vehicles, electrical systems and battery technologies continue to evolve and become more complex, diagnostic technologies must be able to keep up. DCA can receive software updates over Wi-Fi and is fitted with advanced technologies such as Conductance Profiling®, a unique test that measures the reserve capacity of the battery and its ability to provide power for loads when the engine is not running.
