The TB1224HDD is a durable 12V/24V jump start pack for heavy engine starting, suitable for buses, trucks, and plant maintenance. It features a powder-coated steel case with 2 x 26Ah dry-cell batteries, isolated by a 1000A key switch. The pack includes 2 x 2.3A internal chargers for optimal battery life, reverse polarity warning, and voltage spike suppression for ECU protection. The 2m, 50mm² detachable cables have 1000A braided crocodile clips for efficient power delivery with minimal voltage drop.

The premium Nato range of 12V/24V jump start packs have been engineered for the purpose of multi-starting large commercial engines. These packs are equipped with high-capacity dry cell batteries that deliver substantial cranking power, making them ideal for maintenance operations such as fuel bleeding, oil pressure build-up, tail-lift cycling, and frequent engine starting.
Durable & Safe
TB1224HDD features two 45Ah dry cell batteries isolated by twin 1000A key switch isolators with dust covers. It has 12V and 24V outputs, each protected by 750A fuses against short circuits or excessive engine cranking. The device also includes dual 2.3A, 3-stage internal chargers that independently charge each battery, extending their lifespan. Each charger has a 3-colored LED indicating its charge cycle stage.
Efficient & Adaptable
The 2m, 50mm² flexible output cables enable safe connection to a flat battery while keeping the pack on the floor. These cables end with 1000A braided croc clips for equal power delivery and minimal voltage loss. They are detachable for easy storage or replacement.
