Main Features
Simple Service Operation
Electric Module Balancing doesn’t need to be as complex as it sounds. xMB is fitted with a crisp 3″ colour touch screen display and has Midtronics simple, yet powerful user interface installed. This makes assesing modules and selecting charge modes simple.
Automatic Module Detection
xMB-9640 is fitted with powerful technologies and advanced algorithms to allow it to automatically detect each individual module within the pack. It will also test to see the modules voltage levels
Automatic Cable Detection
Once xMB has successfully detected all the modules in the pack, it will automatically initiate the process of charging or discharging each module individually. Throughout this process, the system ensures that each module is brought to a similar voltage level.
Safety first
Handling high voltage power packs can be dangerous, but xMB-9640 makes servicing EV packs as safe and straightforward as possible. Continuous charge monitoring ensures that charging or discharging is conducted safely, while the overvoltage shut-off feature protects the equipment from voltage surges.
