2. Send your EXP to us
Our team will advise where to send your EXP or send you a DPD label depending on your form response. When we receive your EXP, we will check it over and then confirm the discount you will receive,
3. Your new CPX-900 will be dispatched
Once your EXP has been checked over, we will then dispatch your new CPX-900 on next day delivery. We aim to get your CPX-900 dispatched the same day that we receive it. Delivery times and constraints may delay this.

EXP-1000 Trade-In Promotion — Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility
This offer is open to Scania dealers in the UK only. - How it works
- Dealers must complete the trade-in form to register their interest.
- The dealer’s existing EXP-1000 unit must be sent to Rotronics at Unit 18, Tortworth Business Park, Tortworth, South Gloucestershire, GL12 8HQ for inspection.
- Rotronics will inspect the unit to confirm it is in working order.
- Once verified, the dealer will receive confirmation of the £200 discount, and a new CPX-900 will be shipped out.
- Condition requirements
- The EXP-1000 must be in full working order, powering on and completing a standard test cycle, to qualify for the full £200 discount.
- Units that are faulty, damaged beyond normal wear, or non-functional may qualify for a reduced discount or will not qualify. This is at Rotronics’ discretion.
- Rotronics reserves the right to refuse a trade-in unit that does not meet the minimum working condition and to return it to the dealer at the dealer’s cost.
- Shipping
- Dealers can either arrange their own shipping to send the EXP-1000 to Rotronics, or request a chargeable collection (to be confirmed when requested).
- Rotronics will dispatch the new CPX-900 via next-day delivery.
- Rotronics will aim to inspect the EXP-1000 and dispatch the CPX-900 on the same day it is received. Units arriving after the daily 2PM DPD collection cut-off will be dispatched the following working day.
- Dealers sending their own unit are responsible for its safe packaging and for retaining proof of postage; Rotronics is not liable for units lost or damaged in transit to us.
- Discount terms
- The £200 discount applies only to the purchase of a new CPX-900 and cannot be exchanged for cash, applied to other products, or combined with other active promotions.
- The discount is applied once the trade-in unit has passed inspection; if the unit fails inspection, standard pricing will apply and the dealer will be notified before dispatch.
- Ownership
- Once received by Rotronics, the EXP-1000 becomes the property of Rotronics and will not be returned, unless it fails the inspection criteria in section 3.
- Timescales
- Rotronics will aim to inspect the unit and dispatch a replacement CPX-900 on the same working day it is received, subject to the 2PM DPD collection cut-off (see section 4).
- Next-day delivery applies once dispatched; this is not guaranteed in cases of courier delay.
- General
- Rotronics reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- This offer is subject to stock availability of the CPX-900.
- Rotronics’ standard sales terms and conditions apply in all other respects.
