We are the UK's sole approved service repair partner for Midtronics. Our service centre has over 15 years’ experience in repairing Midtronics products. Our specialist team and are on hand and happy to assist you with any repair or problem that may incur with your Midtronics battery tester or charger.
Please fill out our repair form below and send in a copy of the form along with your unit and cables to our service centre. Once we have received your unit, our technicians will strip down the components and do a full investigation to find the issue with your battery tester or charger. One of our expert service team will then be in touch to provide you with a quote for repair, or if your product is still within its’ warranty period then they will carry out the repair work free of charge. We strive to return the unit back to you within 24 hours, to minimise and disruption to your workshop.
We aim to offer 24 hours turnaround as long as we have cooperation from the customer providing payment or authorisation. To submit your tester and start the repair process, just fill out the verification form with all details, print a copy and send the tester and cables to us. We will then diagnose and carry out a health check and contact you with a personal quotation.

Based on the length of contract, your ROBIS subscription will need renewing either annually, bi-annually or every three years. If you have a rolling monthly contract, your subscription will be renew automatically.
