We strongly advise that customers register their product for warranty, as soon as possible after purchase.
Registering your battery testers and battery chargers gives you free and full protection with your purchase for between 12 and 24 months. Should you find yourself without proof of purchase at any point, having your product registered for warranty gives you peace of mind and reassurance that in the unlikely event of a fault, you’re still covered during the warranty period.
For all valid warranty claims, the only cost you will be responsible for is the shipment of the product to our service centre. Everything else including return carriage and labour will be covered by ourselves.

Based on the length of contract, your ROBIS subscription will need renewing either annually, bi-annually or every three years. If you have a rolling monthly contract, your subscription will be renew automatically.
